The Problem
Pre-launch sales pages have a harder job than standard product pages. There's no product to show, no real purchase to make, and the only thing being sold is trust and anticipation. Three things made this particularly complex: - No course to demonstrate - Emotionally sensitive topic - Building urgency without a product - Establishing Johnny's authority
The Strategy
Every section of the page was placed in a specific order for a specific psychological reason. The structure wasn't arbitrary. It followed a conversion flow designed to move someone from unaware to ready-to-sign-up. The deliverable wasn't just a single page, I built two distinct but connected experiences in Framer: the full course sales page and a dedicated waitlist page at a separate URL for when Johnny drives traffic from social.
